I hated going to the gym. I needed to do something...my clothes didn't fit, I felt stressed at work, had high blood pressure and lacked motivation.

I have found the most important part of keeping motivated is the regular sessions with Kris. I find them enjoyable and my overall muscle tone and body shape has changed.

I use to be overweight and un-motivated but now a regular workout makes me feel so much better. My clothes fit, my blood pressure is lower and I feel great......Thankyou

At 47years of age I had bone spurs in both feet, osteoporosis in my wrist and right hip, two broken ribs and a broken radial head in my elbow. My bone density was very poor indeed for a woman of my age. 

After several injections to relieve the pain I was in 24/7, my doctor told me straight. - lose the weight and exercise or lose my right hip. 

I had stopped exercising because of the pain I was in....But that just made things worse........I was wearing a size 18 dress and  had poor eating habits.

The best thing I have ever done for myself is start Personal Training with Kris.

It has given my body a shape it has not seen in 20 years or more!

My last bone scan showed great improvement and my doctors are astounded at the change in my health and appearance.

Personal training is the key!!

I have one total indulgence for myself ( maybe two..champagne! ) and that's my Personal training with Kris. You should see me now, I am a size 12, slim, fit but most of all pain free. Why not make it your indulgence!

My name is Lynda. I am 55 years of age.

I have been having Personal Training sessions with Kris for the last 15 months.

Before I started I was experiencing lower back problems, sciatica and shoulder pains. I am now completely pain free in my back and shoulder and have not experienced any sciatica for about 9 months.

My sessions with Kris are enjoyable, my fitness levels have greatly increased and I have an overall feeling of wellbeing.
