Regular sessions keep my motivation up

I hated going to the gym. I needed to do something...my clothes didn't fit, I felt stressed at work, had high blood pressure and lacked motivation.
I have found the most important part of keeping motivated is the regular sessions with Kris. I find them enjoyable and my overall muscle tone and body shape has changed.
I use to be overweight and un-motivated but now a regular workout makes me feel so much better. My clothes fit, my blood pressure is lower and I feel great......Thankyou
